Q. When can I expect to receive my order?


Orders received before 10.00am that meet our minimum order value £100 (ex VAT) are usually despatched the same day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this and orders can run over to the next day. Orders that do not meet our minimum value will be held until they qualify.


However if you have placed an order for £250 (ex VAT) but only £200 is in stock then this will be held for a limited time until the other items you ordered become available or additional items are added from stock.


All orders to UK Mainland are despatched on a next working day service. Orders to Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland will be sent on a 2 working day service excluding weekends. Deliveries are subject to carrier's Terms and Conditions.


Q. I am an international customer and have placed an order but the carriage charge does not appear at the checkout. How do I find out how much the carriage charge will be?


All international orders will have their carriage charged according to the weight, shipping estimates can be found on the shipping page or by clicking here.


Q. An item has 'Pre Order' next to it. What does this mean and can I order it?


An item with Pre Order against it means that the item has not yet been released yet but is available to order. Any Pre Order items that you require are placed on to a back order until they are released.


We do not take payment on these items until they are released and received at Clevelands.


Q. I placed an order and paid by credit card but my card has not beed charged yet.


Orders that are paid for online will not be charged until your order has been picked. This is because some items may become out of stock.


Q. What are your opening hours?


Our opening hours are Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.
